loan accounts??? I did not cosign? Am i liable for my husbands credit cards or loan accounts? I never co signed for them and my social securtiy number was never used to obtain them. On the accounts that i was a authorized user i took my name off before they became in defult. Some companys say i am not liable in any way, but i had a call today that said i would be . I go to court in a month for a divorce my husband has skipped the country. leaving everyone in a bind. But i don't think i am liable if i didn't sign anything or put up my social security number. Am i correct?
