Default student loans?

I took out a lot of loans to go to a med school. I haven't passed my USMLE and can not start my residency. Now I have to pay back the loans but don't have much money. I have used pretty much all defferments and economical hardships that I could use. what is the best way out?

Try talking with your loan company to see if you can get the lowest possibly payments.

Unfortunately, there's not really any way out except to pay them. They're not even discharable through bankruptcy. You just gotta pay 'em.
