My name is Kienne Herne and I am a National Bird Dog. I love my job. I only deal with short/quick sales. I deal with people who want to sell their properties fast. For whatever reason they may have. I am always interested in working with new agents through-out the country. I will pre-screen all potential candidates, gather information, pictures etc. I charge a fee of $600.00 per successful sales lead. I require a receipt for all property I submit to my agents along with a promissary note if the lead pans out. This is done by e-mail.
