Default I want to buy a home in Western Nassau County for $500,000, fix it up and rent
it out, Best answer? $50,000, down payment isn't realistic for me, should I take out a zero down payment loan.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I RENT IT OUT FOR.

3 BDR COLONIAL, NORMAL HOME
Nassau County, New York, suburb of NYC
