Cant say if the real estate agencies can help you out in this case but be sure of one thing before you move to another place and renting the place. It would be good if you go for the building extensions which can provide ample room for the tenants and any deficiencies if there would be out of the reckoning. Also adding a new look to the house would make it attract a good rent than what you expected previously.
