Why, what's the catch? Do you get something at the back end? Do you participate in quarterly cash flow? How is title held? What's the exit strategy. Do you already own these properties and this is a seller financing deal?

It's hard to make an offer like this with so few details. Can you expand on the offer your making please. Thanks!
