Default Organization that Helps Bad Credit Borrowers

Hi. You may want to check out NACA (The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America). This is an excellent organization that has committed itself to lobbying against predatory lending practices and aiding the goal of homeownership on various levels. They offer a refi and purchase programs that, while somewhat lengthy (about 3 months), is very rewarding in the long run. My mother and brother both participated at various times in the past and received loans that were 1% lower than the market rate (5.75% for my brother who had a score of 500). The website is Bostonian of 2007 (click button at the top of the splash page to view the home page). There are no closing costs and they equip you with excellent homeownership education and an opportunity to get a very low cost loan with low credit score. I hope this information is helpful to you. God bless!
