I studied the extra material in books that I paid extra for which contained hundreds of real estate questions. You need to study very well and the best way I found was to have as many real estate question as possible to study because you do not have to know the material 100 %, but you need to know it well enough to pass and yes it does take plenty of time to learn enough to pass test.Just get more questions , books or cd with questions from your trainer or from another school . Doing this will help you pass because you need to practice on watching how the questions are asked-some may be misleading maybe.
