1. healthy appetite

2. don't eat when you're not hungry

3. do sit ups when watching tv (you can look up good ab workouts online or in most teen magazines)

4. soccer is AMAZING!!!! it's very physically involved and so much fun!

5. jog a mile every day, then add a mile or so about every few days; whenever comfortable. keep pushing yourself to
go faster each time. 10min of hard running is better than an hour of easy jogging.

6. jump rope when you cant go outside

7. do "high knees" everywhere you would normally walk in your house. sounds strange, but it's effective.

8. buy some small hand weights and try diferent lifting exersizes when you watch tv (again, can be looked up online)

9. dont eat while in front of the tv

10. portion your food (instead of grabbing the whole bag of chips, put some in a bowl to make sure you dont eat too many)
