I'm only 20 years old and I already have sooo much credit card debt from 3 credit cards I opened in the past 2 years. I think all together the debt is like $2,000-$3,000 but its pretty much all gone to collections and I'm just so confused I don't know what to do. Can someone give me some advice on what I should do? The one collection agency says the credit card company can file a suit against me, is that true even if its unsecured debt? What should I do? I don't even have the cards anymore, they've all gone into collections.
