The realtor should not have done that! I would report her to her supervisor and look for a new realtor immediately. Of course you never just take the asking price, they always put it on the market for more then they really want. Your realtor just wanted a bigger check!

Btw...No one is going to come done in price 35K. I would telll them 10-15K less and then work from there.
