I am looking to buy my first house. As I was looking online, I found a house in a historic district part of town that I love and its for sale!! I have been inside this house and it really neat inside. But it has always been renting out to people. I called about this house a couple of days ago and found out some new people just signed a lease and moved in but they are in the Section 8 program.

I really don't think the new owners should have to honor the lease and was wondering if anything knew anything on this subject??
