| We are in a very nice quiet and 'neighborly' subdivision in Thomasville, NC - very convenient to both I85 off Finch Farm Rd. and Business 85 off Old Thomasville Rd to Blair St. We have not listed with a realtor and do not have intentions of listing with them, but will have to see. We do want to move this house pretty quickly as we have found the perfect home for our growing family and want to make an offer - - we are asking $109,000. This house was built in 1991 and is a 3 bed 1.5 bath - eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and laundry area. Back yard is fenced in with about 200 ft of galv.. chainlink fencing. Outside of the fence line there are three storage buildings (1 stick built wooden with a concrete floor and 2 metal) The carpet in the 3rd bedroom was recently replaced with hardwood laminate (I work out of the home and had intentions of converting this to my office area) There are ceiling fans in every bedroom and also one in the living room. Our taxes run about $950 a year. Our insurance is about $600 a year and this does vary per credit. Our electric is about $80 in the winter and $120 in the summer (my husband and I are both hot natured and keep the air at about 70:) And our water is about $35 a month and does include garbage and recycling pickup.
