I did not have to become a REALTOR®, I could have remained just a Real Estate Agent to sell Real Estate in Citrus County or anywhere in the State Of Florida. Many many years ago I employed the help of a Real Estate Agent to help me find a home. To make a long story short I ended up buying a Home that I would not have chosen. The Real Estate Agent knew I was pressed for time and I was only shown a few homes in which to choose from and it was the best of the one's I was shown. I was told that’s all that is available on the market in my price range and I did not know the area well where I was buying. At that time it was a sellers market. Soon after I bought that Home I found out that there were more homes that I could of chose from. My family and I were heart broken.
Another important thing for you to remember is that their are Full Time and Part Time Real Estate Agents and or REALTORS®. Some are semi-retired, some have jobs other then Real Estate and some dabble in Real Estate. I am however a Full Time REALTOR® and I dedicate myself 24 hours a day 7 days a week to serving you with all your Real Estate needs.
If through my experience, Real Estate knowledge and vast resources we discover that Citrus County is not the place to call your home I can recommend you to other REALTORS® in other parts of Florida or even out of State who will guide you on your journey.
