Aloha everyone! I specialize in land and residential properties here on the Big Island. Specifically in the areas of Kea'au, Puna, Hamakua Coast, Volcano and Ka'u, but I have always ventured out beyond my territories, because of the needs of my clients. I work with buyers and sellers who need my assistance in purchasing or selling real estate. I carry a reputation as an ethical business woman with the highest levels of professionalism. I was an active volunteer in the Hawaii Air National Guard Family Support Group where I started and chaired many committees and published a monthly newsletter. I am never unapproachable, and I work hard for all my clients. My day doesn't end until the needs of my clients are satisfied.
About My Area
Kea'au is the Crossroads of East Hawai'i Island, where highways to Hilo, Pahoa and Volcano intersect. Home of the new campus of Kamehameha School and the Puna Districts finest public schools, Kea'au is a mixed residential and agricultural area that has a vibrant vitality and promising future.

Existing home sales for 2006 are expected to come in at 6.5 million, the third highest on record, with a total of 6.42 million seen in 2007. Builders are pulling back on new construction to support prices of remaining inventory. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage will probably rise by the fourth quarter of 2007.
