The CR 210 area, which is the corridor that divides Jacksonville and St. Augustine, is growing exponentially. The north side of 210 has a Jacksonville address, while the south side of 210 has a St. Augustine address. The residents of St. Johns Golf and Country Club, St. John's Forest, Cimarrone, John's Creek, Southlake, South Hampton, and The Vinings on 210 have seen our home values skyrocket in the past couple of years. With the opening of Publix there are now two grocery stores and several restaurants with new restaurants on the way. Primrose School and Tutor Time have both opened recently to serve your child care / preschool needs. We even have a Baptist Primary Care office on 210 now.
The World Golf Village and the King and Bear are also booming. A new section, Grovewood, within King and Bear is now selling and prices are rising fast. But there are still deals available for those who act fast! This community is tucked away behind the gates of the King and Bear and is in the early stages of construction. There are other neighborhoods popping up near World Golf including Murabella and World Commerce Center. The World Golf Village area is growing by leaps and bounds.
