During such time I was a fast food restaurant Manager from ages 15-22.?? I went to school for a Real estate Agent in the state of Michigan in 1991. I have been a real estate agent ever sense, selling negotiating with Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, Thai, Polish, and Spanish Customers. I understand there culture . It is a must in negotiation of selling buildings, business and houses.
I have Closed on Commercial buildings ,business and houses while Owning My Own Business. While being a real estate agent always selling a couple million dollar\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s of real estate a year for past 16 years .I owned and operated 2 commercial buildings .I made and developed one building to a independent digital movie theatre, and club, that did multimedia presentations and had a Internet cafe and coffeehouse with stage in the other old theatre building .
I understand being a landlord of up to 30 tenants at a time. Being a business owner for 8 years while selling real estate .I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'m up to multitasking.With a Real Estate License, Owning Commercial Buildings,,Restaurant manager, Owned & operated a Business for 8 years. Owned and rented commercial and residential property for 18 years.
