Blairsville Georgia in the North Georgia Mountains has enjoyed continued growth and property appreciation. It is the best kept secret in the Mountains! It is the weekend playground for many people in Atlanta since it is only 1.5 hours away and it is the vacation and second home location for many folks from Florida and many Northern States. We have very mild winters with little snow and nice hot summers with almost no humidity! There are 3 large TVA Fresh Water Lakes here for boating, skiing, fishing and camping.
