I had been in Insurance and Investments for over 22 years. I moved to AZ in 2001, looking to start over and live in a Great Climate. After seeing the service that was delivered by the local REALTORS, I decided this was the opportunity for me. After starting in Sept 01, I received the Rookie of the Year Award. Since this time I have consistently been in the top 5 REALTOR's in Kingman. I have built a Team of 8 REALTOR's to assist clients in all aspects of real estate. I have Buyer's & Seller's agents, with 5 agents specializing in Residential and 3 of us specializing in either Land or Commercial. I myself prefer to work with large land investors and developers, and spend the majority of my time making contacts in these areas. My wife and I manage our office. Our office opened Aug 04. Kingman, AZ is expected to be one of the HOTTEST spots in the Southwest. The great attributes of Kingman are Interstate 40, Hwy 93 that is going to the Canamex Free Trade Hiway with the new bridges across the Colorado River, just south of Hoover Damn. Kingman also has a major rail line thru town. Kingman sets at approx. 3200 ft above sea level, which gives a great climate year around. |

A MALL is coming to town. Vestar Corp. recently purchased 200 acres of land and is assisting with the construction of a new interchange on I-40 just east of Kingman. We are also working on some major Industrial Developments that will bring many jobs to our area. Due to our climate and location, many large corporations are looking at the Kingman area. |
